The Division performs the following functions to meet the set goals and objectives:
1. coordination of the Ministry’s consultancy system activities,
2. coordination of the activities of the Ministry’s research and scientific centers,
3. coordination of cooperation with CIS and other countries, as well as international agriculture research centers,
4. participation in the works to conclude contracts with agriculture support centers, development of programs and application for rural consultancy services and organization of required procedures,
5. organization of procedure to educate academic staff for agricultural sector,
6. monitoring of demand for agricultural specialists, organization of the students’ practice,
7. expertise of legal act drafts developed by other institutions relating to the fields regulated by the Division.
